Link selectable external aerial provides opportunity to increase reading range up to 3.0 metres radius from door frame antenna. Unit supplied with three LEDs and buzzer. Normal operation:- Red LED on when power connected flashes once when tag is detected, Amber LED flashes when tag is detected, Green LED controlled externally, buzzer sounds when tag with battery low flag detected. Operates from 12 - 28 volts dc, standard output 26 bit Wiegand.

Numerous options can be provided in the reader firmware. Reporting modes can be changed to report tags leaving the field, continuously while in the field or in and out of the field. LED & buzzer functions can be modified. Performance test tag PTT1, extended/remote LED & buzzer ED1 and tag counter display EDN1 options available.

Receiver pods can be positioned to shape the detection field and also to reduce the effect of electrical interference which might stop a standard CR1 unit from working. Unit supplied with three LEDs and buzzer.
